It supports clients to embrace new ways of being, doing and relating by focussing on the What and How of moving forwards, overcoming barriers to growth, and maximising what’s next. Lara Wilson offers counselling, professional development and leadership mentoring to individuals and teams, with wrap around supports throughout our programs to embed lasting behavioural change.
