"Lara Wilson delivered The Art of Human Dynamics masterclass to our Leadership group in DHS. This focused on finding ways to improve our communication styles while engaging with staff and colleagues as leaders. The session Lara facilitated was intriguing and passionate. Her vibrant delivery, got our leaders involved in sharing ideas, stories and getting to know a little more about each other and a greater understanding of their personality types. The DiSC profiles assisted us, as a leadership group, to be more self-aware, embracing what motivates us and how we respond to a number of situations, including conflict. Lara introduced our Leaders to the “My Everything DiSC”, a platform of all the tools covered on the day. This has been a useful tool for some of our Leaders to compare profiles so they get an insight on other leaders they work closely with. Other useful tools that were explored are the handy articles and informative podcasts that help our leaders continue to grow and learn about the human dynamics. Thank you Lara - your drive, enthusiasm and professionalism certainly made the workshop inspiring...
