EQ - Emotional Intelligence.
What does it mean to be Emotionally Savvy?

To be emotionally savvy is to have a solid foundation and the ability to:  
Respond and not react. Observe and not absorb. Take ownership and not project.  

​How we achieve this is in our ability to feel what we feel, take ownership and build resilience (the ability to bounce back).

It's not just ‘managing our emotions’, it's re-imprinting the very core of what causes our reactions until it is no longer a trigger.  This is the pinnacle of what encompasses the true essence of being emotionally savvy.
